Having an 'instinct' for how people work and how to help them sort out their technology into a personalized system for that person is a rare gift. I had an accumulation of hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Palm Handheld, Droid Phone) and software (Outlook, Palm, and Google contact systems) that I acquired along the way without much synchronization between them.
